A) 22 South Lawn, Elmsford - NY: An employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 30 feet while working on a pump jack scaffold that was not braced at the bottom. The employee was not wearing any type of fall protection either. The employee were exposed to falls/scaffold collapse hazards, on or about, October 6th, 2023.
