29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): (a) On or before 10/6/2023 the correcting and controlling employer did not ensure that jobsite safety walkarounds were performed. A superintendent was onsite but did not stop work when hazards were observed and did not incorporate safety checks as a part of his routine inspections of the jobsite. This condition exposed subcontractor employees to fall hazards.
