Located at 741 Del Prado Blvd North, Cape Coral Florida 33909, on or about October 6, 2023, at a wall in Bay 2, a junction box had a missing cover, exposing employees to electrical shock and fire hazards.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electrical equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was in a passageway or general open space and was not suitably guarded when normally enclosed live parts were exposed for inspection or servicing:(a) (Wall in Bay 1); aluminum frame on carts and on the ground were blocking/in front of the electrical panel. Employees were exposed to shock, electrocution and burn hazards. a. At 741 Del Prado Blvd North, Cape Coral FL. 33909, on or about 10/06/2023 on the wall in Bay 1 leading out to the back of the building, the working space in front of the electrical panel was blocked by metal frames.
