29 CFR 1910.110(b)(3)(iv): Containers were not constructed and maintained in accordance with the standard for the Storage and Handling of Liquefied Petroleum Gases NFPA No. 58: a) Abe N Soloman Inc., 701 S. Main Street, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702 - On or about August 31, 2023, an employee was exposed to struck-by hazards from the lack of effective maintenance while refueling a one hundred (100) pound liquid petroleum gas (propane) tank. Note: NFPA 58 is incorporated by reference in 1910.6(t)(12): NFPA 58-1969 Standard for the Storage and Handling of Liquefied Petroleum Gases (ANSI Z106.1-1970), IBR approved for ��1910.110 (b)(3)(iv) and (i)(3) (i) and (ii): NFPA 55-1969 Standard for the Storage and Handling of Liquefied Petroleum Gases, Section 6.12 General Precautions, (a) Containers, except those covered in 6.1 (b), shall be marked, maintained and requalified in accordance with the regulations of the Interstate Commerce Commission. * ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
