29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i):The employer shall ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l). a. Location at 1827 Olentangy River Road, Columbus Ohio, 43212: On or about October 05, 2023, the employer did not ensure that an employee operating the Sunbelt Rentals JLG model 8042 all-terrain forklift had successfully completed training and evaluation prior to using the equipment at the jobsite.
