29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): (a) On or before 10/7/23 the employer did not ensure that frequent and regular inspections of active jobsites were performed by a competent person. The employer did not ensure Saturday work was supervised. The employer did not ensure that jobsite safety walkaround worksheets included hazards including but not limited to fall hazards while roofing and framing. This condition exposed subcontractor employees to fall hazards.
