29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): (a) On or before 10/7/2023 the employer did not ensure that the jobsite was inspected regularly by a competent person. Subcontractor employees were working without fall protection on a Saturday, a day the employer did not visit the jobsite. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards.
