29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    199 Cherry Avenue, Watertown, CT residential solar power installation project: On or about October 10, 2023, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 13 feet while performing solar panel installation activities without fall protection on a 14/12 pitch roof.   Skyline Solar, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1532095, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1 and was affirmed as a Final Order on 08/20/2021, with respect to a residential solar power installation project located on 25 Old Morton Road, Mattapan, MA.  Skyline Solar, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1468320, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1 and was affirmed as a Final Order on 05/14/2020, with respect to a residential solar power installation project located on 701 North Street, Randolph, MA.
