29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a. On the roof of a newly constructed neighborhood amenity center/clubhouse: On or about October 10, 2023, the employer exposed three employees to a 12-foot fall hazard, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees while constructing the cupola section of the structure.
