1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A) Each authorized employee shall receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control. (a) Stafast Coil T-Nut Machine - On or about October 4, 2023 employee clearing a jam did not isolate the air energy source prior to clearing a jam exposing the employee to an amputation hazard.

(a) Stafast Coil T-Nut Machine - On or about October 4, 2023 employee clearing a jam did not use a lockout device to isolate the air before clearing a jam, exposing employees to a struck-by hazard.
