29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) Route 38 & Always Drive, Lumberton, NJ - Employees working conducting residential construction approximately 15 feet above the ground with no fall protection system in place, thus exposing the employee to a fall hazard. This condition was noted on or about October 10, 2023.
