Crispy Maid, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1660566 citation 1 item 1a and was affirmed as final order on 8/28/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 218 Midler Park Drive, Syracuse, NY 13206.

29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: a) Kettle Chip Line Seasoner #6, Crispy Maid, LLC, 218 Midler Park Drive Syracuse, NY 13206, on or about 10/11/2023: Employees working on and around equipment such as, but not limited to, the kettle chip seasoners, were required to clean the seasoner hopper and auger, which included removing and replacing the seasoner hopper and auger, were not provided with training in regard to the purpose and function of an energy control program. Crispy Maid, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1660566 citation 1 item 1b and was affirmed as final order on 8/28/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 218 Midler Park Drive, Syracuse, NY 13206.
