29 CFR  1904.40(a):Basic requirement. When an authorized government representative asks for the records you keep under Part 1904, you must provide copies of the records within four (4) business hours.  a) Facility: Occupation Safety Compliance Officer requested copies of the OSHA Forms 300 (Log of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses) and OSHA's Form 300A (Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses) on 10/11/23. The employer did not provide the Form copies within the four business hours. The requested copies were provided by the employer on 11/02/23.
