29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(ii): Unstable objects were used to support scaffolds or platform units: a) Rear of the building: On or about October 10, 2023, employees performing masonry work on a scissor lift were exposed to fall hazards of approximately fourteen (14) feet from outriggers being supported by a broken brick pile and an unrated wooden pallet. Corrected during inspection.
