29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a) Router Room: On or about October 11, 2023 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards, in that extension cord E256443L was being used as a permanent source of power for the RIDGID Vacuum while employees were tasked with operating the vacuum to remove dust and shavings from DOC Bands.
