29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Location: 740-748 Washington Ave., Belleville, NJ 07109. a. Employees engaged in the installation of concrete forms at a height of 20 feet, at or near the leading edge of a mixed-use building, did not having any means of fall protection, exposing the employees to fall hazards. Violation occurred on or about October 9, 2023.
