29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a) 4550 Tule Lake Dr, Littleton, CO 80123: On or about October 11, 2023, the controlling employer did not ensure a safety program was developed and implemented for the work environment, to include effective frequent and regular inspections made by a competent person of the job-site, materials, and equipment. Four subcontractor employees laying shingles on the roof of a residential house, and were working near the edge of the building without utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed subcontractor employees to a fall hazard of approximately 9 feet to the ground below.
