29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Scaffold platforms and walkways were not at least 18 inches wide: Location: 630 Washington Ave., Belleville, NJ 07109 a: The employer failed to ensure that an employee assigned to fasten screws as part of the framing phase of a mixed-use building construction used a Skyjack Model SJIII 3226, in the manner intended by the manufacturer. An employee worked while standing on the guardrail of the scissor lift, which did not meet the requirements of an 18-inch working platform on a scaffold, exposing the employee to fall hazards. Violation was observed on or about October 9, 2023
