29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:    a) Madison Station, Building B: On October 11, 2023, an employee was exposed to a 29 foot fall hazard to the ground below while performing siding activities on a 5 in 12 pitched roof without fall protection.  Note) Certification of corrective action is required for this item.
