29 CFR 1910.178(n)(4): Industrial truck driver(s) were not required to slow down and sound the horn at cross aisles and wherever vision was obstructed. a) 3300 Expresso Way York, PA 17406 - On or about October 4, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees were slowing down and sounding the horn at cross aisles before crossing the main aisle-way while operating the Deka D-Series Pallet Jack. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
