29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: On or about October 12, 2023, in the stockroom, employees were engaged in work activities related to the stocking of merchandise where the Northwest exit was blocked by items such as, but not limited to a flexible conveyor system and cardboard boxes. The HomeGoods LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1668487, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 15, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 100 Reaville Avenue, Flemington, NJ 08822.
