29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):  (a) On or about October 12, 2023, the controlling employer, Infinity Properties HSL, did not recognize a fall hazard present to employees of subcontractor Quezada's Drywall, LLC.  A mobile scaffold was positioned adjacent to an opening to a lower level in a manner which raised the working platform above the guardrails to the landing.  The mobile scaffold had no guard rails and a Quezada's Drywall, LLC employee fell 16.75 feet and suffered severe injuries.
