In the Distribution Warehouse: Rack CW2 used to store pallets of bottled soft drinks had a damaged column.  Employees were exposed to struck-by and crushed-by hazards.  c. In the Distribution Warehouse: Rack CE5 used to store pallets of bottled soft drinks had a damaged column.  Employees were exposed to struck-by and crushed-by hazards.  d. In the Distribution Warehouse: Rack EW5 used to store pallets of bottled soft drinks had a damaged column.  Employees were exposed to struck-by and crushed-by hazards.  e. In the Distribution Warehouse: Rack EW7 used to store pallets of bottled soft drinks had a damaged column.  Employees were exposed to struck-by and crushed-by hazards.
