29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: On or about October 10, 2023, employee was not wearing a protective helmet where there was a possible danger of head injury from falling objects. Employees were engaged in masonry activities disposing of off bricks and materials from the scaffold to the ground level, exposing the employee to struck-by hazards from falling objects. Employee in ground level was not wearing a safety hard hat. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
