29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): The employer permitted employees to work in close proximity to energized, unguarded, and ungrounded electric power circuits that the employee could contact in the course of their work: On or about October 5 , 2023, at 3701 North Dixie Highway, Oakland Park, Florida, an employee was exposed to electrical hazards while handling a 40-foot long rebar in close proximity to overhead power lines.
