29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i):Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail: a) On or about 10/11/2023, at the building area of the site, Williamsville, NY. The stairways, with 9 steps to upper building and 6 steps to lower, lacked at least one handrail. There were a total of 12 stairways in the two building, none of the 12 stairways had at least one handrail. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
