OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) On or about August 25, 2023, at building 1837, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while using hydraulic lifts with a maximum capacity loading width of 19 inches to transport a DAYTON model #13V414 electrical cabinet measuring 24" on wide.

29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: a) On or about August 25, 2023, at building 1837, employees were exposed to struck-by and trip and fall hazards while using two pallet Jack Dollys to move a 2,513.27 LBS. electrical cabinet into the building over customized metal platforms containing dirt and other debris on top.
