29 CFR 1926.552(a)(1): The employer did not comply with the manufacturer's specifications and limitations applicable to the operation of all hoists and elevators.                                                                    a) At or near 38 Irvington Ave, Englewood Cliffs NJ - Roof - Front:  A RGC Material Hoist with a sign "Do Not Climb! Materials Hoist Only"  was being used by employees to descend from the roof of a two-story residential house, on or about 10/11/2023.
