29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1):Circular hand fed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut. (a) Table Saw, Maintenance shop - On or about October 06, 2023, employees operate a General MFG CO table saw, (Model # 350) without a saw blade guard causing the saw to kick back, exposing the employee to amputation hazards.
