1926.503(a)(1) The employer shall provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. At the job site located at 24831 W. 178th Ct., Gardner, Kansas, 66030, employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 16 feet from the roof eave to the ground below. The employer did not provide fall protection training to the employees at the job site.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: At the job site located at 24831 W. 178th Ct., Gardner, Kansas, 66030, employees engaged in framing a single-family dwelling were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 16 feet in height from the roof eave to the ground below. Fall protection systems were not in place to keep the employees from falling to the ground below.
