29 CFR  1926.304(d): Portable, power-driven circular saw(s) were not equipped with a guard above and below the base plate or shoe:  a)  At 31595 Canopy Loop, Lot 116 Rayne Village, Spanish Fort, Alabama:  On October 17, 2023; the employer allowed his employees to operate skill saws on site with the guards wedged up exposing the blades and exposing his employees to struck-by hazards.
