29 CFR 1926.25(b): Combustible scrap and debris was not removed at regular intervals during the course of construction: (a) On or about October 16, 2023, two employees performing cutting and welding work within the main compressor building at the Danville Compressor Station were exposed to a fire hazard when compressor skid 1 had combustible debris in the form of miscellaneous petroleum product in, on, and around it that was not being removed at regular intervals while preparations were undertaken for the compressor skids removal.
