29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On October 10, 2023, and times prior thereto, on the east side of the construction site, employees installing roof trusses on the third level worked without fall protection and exposed to fall hazards approximately 9 feet to the lower deck.
