29 CFR 1910.1025(l)(1)(i): Employees working in an area where there is potential exposure to airborne lead at any level were not informed of the content of Appendices A and B of 29 CFR 1910.1025 On or about October 15, 2023, and at times prior thereto, Technical Sales & Services, Inc., dba Kleertech LLC located at 2380 N. Lark Drive in Fenton MO exposed an employee to lead hazards without providing training on the hazards of lead while operating the "Ludlow Equipment".
