29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): (a) On or before 10/7/2023 the employer did not ensure that jobsites were visited to ensure subcontractor employees were protected from recognized hazards. The employer does not visit sites on Saturdays, even though crews are working that day. A roofing crew was working without using fall protection and had no fall protection equipment onsite. These conditions exposed subcontractor employees to fall hazards.
