29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):"Unprotected sides and edges." Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level shall be protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Employees were engaged in winterizing activities at a new construction commercial building located at 2943 Elkhorn Dr., Fremont, NE 68025, were exposed to fall hazards in that the employees were working more than 16 feet above the lower working level without fall protection while winterizing a commercial structure.

29 CFR 1904.40(a):Basic requirement. When an authorized government representative asks for the records, you keep under Part 1904, you must provide copies of the records within four (4) business hours. Sampson Construction failed to provide their OSHA 300 and 301 Logs, or their equivalent, for the jobsite located at 2943 Elkhorn Drive, Fremont, NE 68025 to an authorized OSHA representative after the representative made several oral informal and formal written requests.
