29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: Warehouse: On, or about, October 17, 2023, nonmetallic sheathed cable (Romex) that was run from a Square D Load Center to various panels, receptacles and equipment. The Romex was attached to the wall surface and was not installed in accordance with the National Electric Code in that it was left exposed and not concealed behind drywall or other approved building material.
