29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers: On October 17, 2023, at an worksite located at 2601 Parkway Drive in Stevens Point, WI; Feltz Construction LLC failed to perform to a jobsite inspection when subcontractors were performing residential roofing activities with no form of conventional fall protection while exposed to falls of over 7.8 feet.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. Exception: When the employer can demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems, the employer shall develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of 1926.502: On October 17, 2023, at a worksite located at 2601 Parkway Drive in Stevens Point, WI; subcontractors of Feltz Construction LLC were performing residential roofing activities with no form of conventional fall protection while exposed to falls of over 7.8 10 inches.
