29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1):Openings through which conductors enter boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed. On or about October 18, 2023, and times prior thereto, in the assembly area, four-way electrical outlet box used to energize tape cutter and other portable tools was missing the knock-out plug exposing employees to electrical shock hazards.
