29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazards created by in-going nip points, rotating parts, and/or flying chips and sparks: At 9920 Old Highway 60, Birch Tree, MO, 65438 Employees were exposed to hazards created by in-going nip points, rotating parts, and/or flying chips and sparks. On October 12, 2023 an employee suffered a fingertip Laceration/avulsion, on the grading flooring boards production line, when she got her left middle finger stuck in a tensioner sprocket of the grader chain.
