29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  a. On or about October 18, 2023, at the above addressed jobsite, employees using a pneumatic nail gun did not wear safety glasses, thereby exposing the employees to the hazards associated with eye injuries.

On or about October 18, 2023, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential siding operations, eight (8') feet (6) six inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.  b. On or about October 18, 2023, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing residential siding operations, eleven (11') feet (5) five inches above the ground, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.
