Capacity, operation, and maintenance instruction plates, tags, or decals shall be changed accordingly. (a) Worksite - Shipping/Receiving Area: On or about 10/19/2023, a Yale Powered Industrial truck, utilizing a boom lift attachment, did not have plates, tags, or decals changed to show the capacity rating when this attachment is utilized.
