LOCATION: The crane barge adjacent to the collapsed pier alongside Eastern Fisheries at 14 Hervey Tichon Ave. On or about October 11th, 2023 the employees of Mohawk Northeast Inc. were exposed to struck-by and crush hazards when the SANY SCC8150 crawler crane was not prevented from shifting by installing and using an adequate control measure.
