29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b). On or about October 19, 2023, on the Northeast side of the construction site, employees engaged in framing activities were not provided fall protection and exposed to an unprotected fall hazard of approximately 20 feet to the ground below.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail and one stair rail system along each unprotected side or edge. On or about October 19, 2023, employees using a stairway with unprotected sides to access the upper levels of a residential home were exposed to a fall hazard up to 10 risers.
