1926.20(b)(2) The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) 29 CFR 1926.1153(c)(2)(ii):Water was not applied at flow rates sufficient to minimize release of visible dust for tasks performed using wet methods: Worksite located at I-35 Nat Mile Marker 29.4, Kearney, Missouri- An employee was exposed to the hazards of respirable silica dust while cutting concrete sections of the roadway when the employer did not conduct regular inspections of the equipment used prior to cutting concrete.
