29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:   a) New residential construction located on Lot #99 at 9 Springwood Ln. Dawsonville, GA 30534: Top plate: On or about 10/19/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided to employees engaged in framing installation activities operating a Metabo NR83A(s) Framing Nail Gun.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):"Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. Exception: When the employer can demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems, the employer shall develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of 1926.502.  a) New residential construction located on Lot #99 at 9 Springwood Ln. Dawsonville, GA 30534: On or about 10/19/2023, the employer exposed employee to a fall hazard of approximately 10-feet, 3-inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employee engaged in plywood sheathing installation activities.
