29 CFR 1926.95(d)(1): The employer did not provide personal protective equipment, at no cost, to the employees. a) On or about October 19, 2023, at the site located at 5000 Collina Terrace Clermont, FL 34711, the employer allowed their employees to cut wood, install facia and decking on a roof approximately 30 feet high with a pitch of 5/12, exposing them to falls, struck by and flying particle hazards, in that the employer did not provide personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, harnesses, and lanyards to their employees at no cost to the employees.
