29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems: (a) 1410 Barlow Rd, Fort Morgan, CO - Portes-coch�res: On or around October 19, 2023, and at times prior, the controlling employer did not ensure that subcontractor employees of Gamez Brothers Home Improvement LLC?were protected from injury, in that the subcontractor employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet while conducting roofing activities without fall protection.
