The employer is failing to protect employees from flying particle hazards associated with residential framing activities. This was most recently documented on or about October 18, 2023, at a worksite located at Lot 30 SE Little Garden Ln, Blue Springs, Missouri 64064. The employer did not ensure that employees are protected from flying particle hazards, in that employees are using pneumatic nail guns while conducting residential framing activities without any eye or face protection.
