29 CFR 1904.40(a): The employer did not provide an authorized government representative copies of requested records kept under Part 1904 within four (4) business hours: On October 19, 2023, the employer failed to provide copies of OSHA Forms 300 and 300A or their equivalents within four business hours, which were requested for calendar years 2020, 2021, and 2022. Records were never provided. Saint Francis Marine Center dba San Francisco Boatworks was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1904.40, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1546242, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/12/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 835 Terry A Francois Boulevard, San Francisco, CA 94158.
